Where We Went (and Recommend):
Where to Eat: Iluka for their Faroe Island sea urchin and other fresh seafoods
Where to Drink: Ancestrale Vinbar has wines by the glass from a diverse number of countries. They also have a small menu of daily specials for dinner. It is here that we discovered the deliciousness of Comte Cheese with smoked butter and shaved hazelnuts.
What to See: even if you aren’t short on time, the canal tour is a great way to see Copenhagen from the water. Check out the Grand Tour that lasts one hour. And of course, visit the Round Tower for panoramic views of Copenhagen.
Ride a Scooter: there are e-scooters all over town. Pick the company that looks to have the most scooters around, download the app, and get going!
